Kent Construction Consultants has been appointed as the projects Quantity Surveyors, Contract Administrators, and Project managers to facilitate the construction of 29 apartments including external space located near Bristol. Our appointment includes full RIBA Stage cost planning, tendering, and contract preparation, including full commercial and project management support during the build stages. New Shore Developments approached KCCL as a multidisciplinary to facilitate all professional services, which has seen our scope increase to both Building Surveying and Party Wall Surveying activities. Taylor Hare Architects have been appointed as the technical architects to take the development forward, since receiving a successful planning application QS/22. Both designers and consultants are working closely to mitigate ecology strategies, improved biodiversity, and inclusion of sustainable build methods.
