Kent Construction Consultants have been directly appointed by L&Q to deliver the schemes pre-construction activities including full preparation of the NRM2 Bills of Quantities. The site was home to the Kodak factory for over 125 years. The landmark site in Harrow is set to deliver over 2000 new homes in addition to offices, restaurants, cafes, and shops which will be set around an expansive landscaped park. The Residential apartment blocks range between 8 and 15 stories across the site whilst incorporating a number of sustainability and biodiversity improvements.
