Kent Construction Consultants have been appointed by Ureco as the project’s Quantity Surveyors, Contract Administrators, and Project Managers. Construction of two apartment blocks on a brownfield site located on Station Road, Paddock Wood. A mixed use scheme consisting of 14nr contemporary residential apartments, with ground floor commercial space and thoroughly landscaped external areas. The scheme includes careful consideration of sustainability and biodiversity improvements, whilst further engaging with the local arts community to incorporate creative design.
