The Fairways Kingsgate

Kent Construction Consultants were appointed to deliver the Quantity Surveying and Construction Management activities from early acquisition focusing on the pre-construction activities for a local prime residential developer. 

The Fairways is a luxury development of two and three-bedroom high end apartments, including three signature penthouses, The Fairways development overlooks the prestigious North Foreland Golf Course, North Foreland Lighthouse, and the highly desirable Josh Bay beach. The development is created from the tasteful conversion of the former 1930’s Kingsgate College and has become a prestigious landmark in East Kent.
