2022 Internal Promotions

The year of 2022 has shown a strong and dedicated work ethic from our team at Kent Construction Consultants. We are delighted to announce two well deserved promotions within the company.

The first promotion was awarded to Manraj Bhuhi, who has been appointed as Associate Director. Manraj has continuously proved his value to the company with his endless hard work and contribution to the team. Manraj is a strong team leader and provides excellent client management skills. Manraj has worked for Kent Construction Consultants since the very beginning and has helped pave the way for the success of the company. He is not only a degree qualified quantity surveyor but also assists with business development and the general operations of our London office. Manraj has followed our strict quality assurance procedures, which has aided our firm in achieving its ISO 9001 accreditation. Manraj has worked on numerous public and private sector projects exceeding £50m, giving him a strong track record within the industry.

Our second promotion has been given to one of our leading Quantity Surveyors, James McGuire. James has been promoted to Senior Quantity Surveyor after delivering excellent work and showing his loyalty to the company. James has worked on many high-end projects and has become an important figure within the QS team. James has over 7 years experience within the construction industry, starting as a trainee in 2015. James graduated from the University of Greenwich in the summer of 2020, with a BSc (Hons) in Quantity Surveying. James’ daily tasks exceed the traditional role expected, with extensive technical and design management experience. He also excels in the monitoring of all contract-related variations and design changes to ensure the client gets their desired project at the correct price and delivered on time. James has an excellent track record of managing complex and sometimes commercially challenging projects.
