As the appointed Quantity Surveyors and Employer Agent, Kent Construction Consultants are required to facilitate RIBA Staged cost planning, value engineering and cost assessments, tendering and procurement, tender recommendation reports, contract preparation and drafting of the contract documents and the facilitation of the delivery stages, which include cost management and employer agent role during a 24 month build programme with phased completion.

We are delighted to be working alongside Strawberry Star Development Director Simon Taylor and Commercial Director Nardiner Dhillon, both talented and well-respected professionals within the residential development market. Our team of consultants are working closely with 5PA Architects, Coinsbee Structural Engineers, MEP consultants Walker Mower and the wider design team. Throughout our appointment we will be working closely with Maidstone Borough Council working to achieve policy and exceed sustainability targets.
