Maidstone Appointment Win

Mote Road is set to deliver an unrivalled opportunity, providing 172nr residential units including commercial and office space located in an urban location, that will help regenerate Maidstone town centre and act as a catalyst and benchmark for future development. In addition, to designing a new build mixed use scheme with high quality architecture designed to modern standards of lifestyle living, at the heart of the vision for the development are the scheme’s sustainable credentials, with the ambition of making significant improvements to the environment and biodiversity in the immediate locality.

The project includes extensive external works, communal amenity space including roof top garden and the facilitation of 47nr parking spaces, and over 200 cycle spaces, refuge areas and basement works. The regeneration of the former paper mill site will provide significant improvements to the local area including local employment, good quality living, commercial space and improved infrastructure works. We are delighted to be appointed by Strawberry Star who are a leading London based experienced high-rise developer investing in Kent.
