Chartered Building Consultancy

Kent Construction Consultants are pleased to be charted by CIOB (Chartered Building Companies and Consultancies). The chartership provides us with validation that our business is managed professionally, meets ethical codes, and provides an element of trust between KCCL and clients. The scheme has helped raise our profile and improve our reputation; providing us with new business and strengthening existing client relationships. As part of our membership, we can also attend Networking Events and CPDs. These events help expand the knowledge within our company and provide amazing business opportunities with new clients.

We are also proud to announce that three members of our Quantity Surveying department are currently chartered with CIOB. As chartered members, these employees will be instantly recognised by clients and colleagues as professionals with the skills and knowledge to complete the job to the highest standard. A Chartered membership is also comparable to a Bachelor’s degree and is internationally recognised. This means each of our Chartered Surveyors holds both a degree and a charership, providing them with outstanding knowledge. We aim to have more members of our team chartered within the next few years which will provide an excellent platform for our company.
