We are pleased and excited to announce that Kent Construction Consultants have since acquired a new long-term lease and undergone extensive refurbishment works of the old stable barn located in Margate, Kent.

Kent Construction Consultants are pleased to secure new office facilities which provide key expansion provisions and extensive employee amenities whilst providing our clients an opportunity to extract a sense of our firm’s ethos and personality as a thrilling new Kent based chartered practice.

The old stable barn is located within Hartsdown Park, Hartsdown Road, Margate Kent, CT9 5QX near Hartsdown Manor House and Hartsdown Leisure Centre. The beautiful Victorian building once operated as the horse stables facilitating the nearby Manor House. As part of the extensive refurbishment works of this listed building, we have retained many original features whilst creating a practical, modern working environment. 

We welcome both existing and new clients to visit our offices and team of Quantity Surveyors and Construction Consultants. The old stables will provide a key base to facilitate our Kent based projects.
