Regulated By RICS

Kent Construction Consultants are regulated by the Royal Institute Of Chartered Surveyors. ‘Regulated by RICS’ conveys a consistent message of confidence and quality to our clients by practicing globally recognised standards and being trusted to deliver high standards of service. We are expected to behave ethically, acting with integrity and honesty, along with handling any disputes fairly. Being regulated means we have the required skills and competencies to do the job and provide adequate and appropriate indemnity for our work. We have since identified new business systems and this has provided improvements to our work process.

In order to be regulated, we needed to meet the criteria. This includes offering professional services in surveying disciplines to professional, corporate, institutional, and other clients who rely on such services. We are also required to have at least 25% of principals (a senior manager, partner, or owner) qualified RICS professionals (MRICS, FRICS, AssocRICS). Lastly, we agree to observe and comply with RICS Rules of Conduct for Firms, including working to RICS standards.

We continue to look for new business systems to help improve our company’s internal work. We are extremely pleased to be regulated by RICS and will continue to use their training and guidance in years to come.
